It depends on your stand size and layout. For shell scheme stands, a single 2m–3m wide screen is usually ideal. For larger island stands, we often recommend multiple screens or an L-shaped LED wall. We'll assess your stand plan and recommend the right configuration for your space.
Yes. We've installed in every major UK exhibition venue including the NEC, ExCeL London, Olympia, and Manchester Central. We handle all venue-specific requirements including power, rigging, and health & safety compliance.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before the event, especially during peak exhibition season (September–November and January–March). For large-scale builds, 8+ weeks is ideal so we can plan the design and logistics properly.
We can advise on content formats and specs, and we'll handle all playback and scheduling. If you need content created, we can recommend trusted partners. Most clients supply their own branded content and we make sure it looks perfect on the screens.
The hire price includes screen hardware, processors, cabling, installation, testing, on-site technical support for the duration of the event, and de-rig. Any additional requirements such as extended on-site support are quoted separately.
