1. About us

Pixelhut is a trading name of Pixelhut Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are an authorised reseller of professional digital signage products. All products sold through this shop are manufactured by third-party brands and supplied to you by Pixelhut.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is calculated at the current UK rate (20%) and shown at checkout.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe) and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Orders & availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Lead times vary by product. Stocked items typically dispatch within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order or specialist items may take longer, and we will notify you of the expected delivery date after your order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or our distribution partner. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your goods upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours by contacting us at [email protected].

5. Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Faulty or damaged goods: If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Warranty

All products sold through the Pixelhut shop come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms are set by the manufacturer and are detailed on each product page.

Warranty claims should be raised with Pixelhut in the first instance. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (unless installed by us), accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Professional installation

We offer optional professional installation carried out by certified engineers. Installation pricing is estimated at checkout using our installation calculator and confirmed before work begins.

Installation includes mounting and basic configuration of the display. It does not include electrical works, structural modifications, or network infrastructure unless explicitly agreed in writing.

A site survey may be required before installation can be confirmed. We reserve the right to amend the quoted installation price following a site survey if conditions differ from what was described at the time of order.

8. Enquiry-only products

Some products on our shop are marked as “Enquire” rather than “Buy Online.” These products require a custom quotation due to their size, configuration options, or installation requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute an order or commitment to purchase.

9. Content management & software

Some products include access to cloud-based content management software provided by the manufacturer. Access to these platforms is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms of service. Pixelhut is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling of third-party software platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through this shop, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the shop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
